Advertisement for Recruitment of Driver and Sewer-man (Work Charge/Daily Wages)
In accordance with the Government of Punjab Local Government and Community Development Department Lahore’s letter dated December 2, 2025, applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following positions on a work-charge/daily wage basis for the District Council Jhang:

Terms and Conditions:
- These appointments are temporary/work-charge for a period fixed by the government. Service will conclude automatically upon completion of the task.
- Candidates must be residents of District Jhang. Preference will be given to local staff for Tehsils Shorkot and Ahmedpur Sial.
- Candidates must be physically fit and healthy.
- Selection will be made by the District Council Jhang Selection Committee after scrutiny of applications.
- Original documents (CNIC, Driving License, Certificates) must be presented at the time of the interview.
- Legal action will be taken against anyone providing fake documents.
- The decision of the Selection Committee is final and cannot be challenged in any court.
- Application Deadline: Applications must reach the Office of the District Officer (I&S), District Council Jhang via post/courier by July 26, 2026.
- A merit list will be prepared which remains valid for one year.
