FF Steel, a leading manufacturer of Grade 60 & Grade 80 steel bars, is seeking a dynamic, passionate, and results-driven professional for the subject position in the Head Office, DHA Phase 8 Lahore.

Job Details

Location: FF Steel HO, DHA Phase 8, Lahore
Salary (PKR): 125,000/- to 150,000/-
Benefits: Provident Fund, Group Life & Health Insurances, Paid Leaves, EOBI

Requirements & Role

Qualifications: BBA/MBA/MPA with 5–8 years of relevant experience in managing administrative affairs, facilities management, and support services, preferably at the Head Office of a manufacturing organization.
Role Overview: The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and managing Head Office administrative operations, support services, ensuring efficient, secure, and cost-effective administration in line with organizational policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective management of security operations, front desk, and reception services.
- Leased vehicles and bikes, fleet cards, courier, and telecom service providers.
- Visa processing and management; boarding and lodging for employees and visitors.
- Head Office gate operations, office repair and maintenance, and housekeeping services.
- CCTV surveillance systems, mess/canteen operations, guest management, event management, and vendor coordination.
Skills: Strong communication, computer literacy, ERP/SAP B1 knowledge, team management, coordination, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
