CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Solid Waste Management Services Project - District Central, Karachi.
A Sanitation Company is urgently hiring the following staff:

1. Operations Manager - Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 16 years of education in Environmental Engineering, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline with relevant experience.

Proven experience in managing municipal solid waste operations, including collection, sweeping, transportation, and large field teams.

Strong leadership, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and knowledge of environmental regulations and HSE practices.

2. Manual Sweeping Contractors - Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Matric qualification with 3-5 years of experience in sanitation or manpower management.

Proven ability to recruit, deploy, and manage 200+ sanitary workers while ensuring operational efficiency.

Strong leadership, knowledge of waste management operations, and own transportation for manpower deployment will be preferred.

3. Field Supervisors - Eligibility Criteria:

Intermediate or higher qualification with 2-3 years of supervisory experience in sanitation or municipal services.

Ability to supervise field staff, monitor attendance, resolve complaints, and maintain operational reports.

Physically fit with good communication skills; candidates with a valid motorcycle license and own transport will be preferred.

4. Door-to-Door Collection Supervisors - Eligibility Criteria:

Intermediate or higher qualification with 2+ years of experience in door-to-door waste collection or municipal sanitation.

Experience in supervising collection teams, route monitoring, and maintaining daily operational records.

Good public dealing skills with preference given to candidates possessing a valid motorcycle license and own transportation.
