TERMS & CONDITIONS:- 1. Candidate must be an Advocate who has been practicing as such for not less than 5-years as required under rule 3 of Punjab LocalGovernment (Legal Advisor) Rules 2003.

2. The remuneration will be Rs. 25,000/- per month and TA/DA will beadmissible as per prevailing law in case of appearance before the courts outside District Sahiwal.

3. He will offer comments/legal advice on all matters referred to him by District Council Sahiwal. Further, he will has to appear before the High Courts, Punjab Service Tribunal, Labour Court, Provincial Ombudsman.

Civil Courts or other Legal Courts/Forums etc, where all the litigations will be pending against the District Council Sahiwal.

4. The appointment will be on temporary basis for two years subject tothe approval of the Secretary, Govt. Of the Punjab, Law &Parliamentary Affairs, Lahore.

5. The candidate shall have complete command over speaking, writing skills of English as well as Urdu Language.

6. Any other information regarding appointment can be ascertained from the office of the Chief Officer, District Council Sahiwal during office hours.

7. Interested candidates have to submit their applications along with attested Copies of CNIC, Educational, experience certificates, Pictures

(02 Nos) and other relevant documents to the office of the Chief Officer, District Council Sahiwal and also sent the copy of the same to the Secretary, Govt. of the Punjab, Law & Parliamentary Affairs, Lahore.
