PUBLIC NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT FOR RECRUITMENT OF DRIVER / SEWERMAN
Applications are required from candidates for the following vacancies in the District Council Okara. Recruitment to these posts will be made on a temporary basis according to needs. Recruitment to these posts will be done under the Work Charge as per the directions given in the Government of Punjab's received directions via SO.Adm.II(LG)Misc/2025(Machinery) dated 02.12.2025 and according to the determined Criteria of the Schedule of Wages.

Terms and Conditions:
- Monthly wages will be according to the fixed wages by the Finance Department, Government of Punjab.
- An age relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit will be given.
- Experienced candidates will be preferred.
- All appointments will be made according to the policy for Work Charge formulated by S&GAD.
- Appointments will be purely on a temporary basis, and there will be no claim for permanent employment.
- Candidates can submit handwritten applications along with a copy of their ID card and educational documents to the office via post to the following address. It is mandatory for candidates to be a resident of District Okara.
- All applications must reach the office of the District Council Okara via post by 2:00 PM on 10.04.2026.
- Incomplete applications and those received after the due date will not be considered.
- Interviews will be held in the office on 13.04.2026 at 10:00 AM, for which no separate notice will be given.
- Candidates coming for interviews must bring their original ID card and educational documents.
- No amount will be paid in terms of TA/DA to candidates coming for interviews.
