Advertisement for obtaining services of temporary workmen (Driver, Sewer Man)
For the District Council Mianwali, machinery has been purchased through Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) so that sewerage-related improvements can be made in the district and the public can have access to better sewerage facilities. Applications are invited for obtaining these services. The recruitment of these applicants will be purely on merit basis in light of the instructions issued by the Government of Punjab, Local Government & Community Development Department vide letter No. ADMN-II(LG)Misc/2025 (Machinery) dated 02-12-2025, as temporary workman (as per industrial & commercial employment ordinance 1968). However, the recruitment will be temporary and the individual will be dismissed without any notice on the basis of unsatisfactory performance. The applicant will not be entitled to any legal action. However, a letter of approval of services for the future from the government will be mandatory, for which a re-advertisement will not be necessary.

Terms and Conditions:
- Monthly salary will be according to the Wages Rates received from the Finance Department, Government of Punjab.
- An age relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit will be given. Experienced candidates will be preferred.
- Appointment will be purely on temporary basis for 89 days and will automatically end upon completion of the period. There will be no entitlement for permanent employment.
- Candidates must attach attested copies of identity card, domicile/educational certificates, two passport size photographs, and experience certificate along with the application on plain paper. Applications must reach the office of the District Officer (INS) by post by 4 pm on 27-03-2026.
- Candidates may be posted anywhere in the Mianwali district according to departmental requirements after recruitment.
- Incomplete and late applications will not be considered.
- Applicants must appear before the selection committee in the said office at 11 am for interview on 30-03-2026. No separate notice will be given for the interview.
- Candidates coming for the interview must bring their original identity card and educational certificates. And bring original driving license and experience certificate.
- No TA/DA will be paid to candidates coming for interview.
