Re-Advertisement for Obtaining Services of Temporary Workmen Driver, Sewerman, Worker
Applications are invited for obtaining the services of new machinery purchased for the District Council Rahim Yar Khan through Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) to improve sewerage in these districts and provide better sewerage facilities to the public. (Temporary Workmen (as per industrial and commercial employment ordinance 1968)). Applicants for operating this machinery can submit their applications along with computerized National Identity Card, driving license, and educational certificates/degrees during office hours to the Chief Officer, District Council Rahim Yar Khan, by 29-01-2026 at the undersigned office. Applicants will appear before the selection committee for an interview with their original ID cards, the schedule for which is as follows:

No separate call letters will be issued for interviews, and no TA/DA will be given. Recruitment will be done according to the following conditions:
Conditions:
- The recruitment of these applicants will be purely temporary based on merit under the letter No. (SO.ADMN-II(LG) Misc/2025 (Machinery)) issued by the Government of Punjab Local Government & Community Development Department dated 02.12.2025. However, based on unsatisfactory performance, they will be dismissed without any notice, and the applicant will not be entitled to any legal action. However, a memorandum/approval for services for the next month from the government will be mandatory, for which no re-advertisement will be needed.
- Applicants can be posted anywhere within the limits of the District Council Rahim Yar Khan. The competent authority shall have the power to reduce or increase the number of these daily wage employees as needed.

- The age limit is 18 to 25 years according to the prevailing law of the Government of Punjab with a further relaxation of 5 years, and the applicant must be healthy. Employees' wages will be paid subject to the Government of Punjab Finance Department Schedule of Labour Wages Rates 2025 notification No. RO (TECH) FD2-2/2025 dated 18-09-2025. The District Council Rahim Yar Khan can dismiss any borrowed person at any time without any notice/reason, for which no notice will be required.
- The recruitment period will be according to government approval. After this, sewermen/workers will be considered dismissed and will not be entitled to any legal action.
