How to Apply?

Bachelor's degree in Law from HEC recognized university and be a member of a recognized bar association.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in providing legal advisory services for infrastructure projects, with a focus on PPP projects, preferably in the transportation sector, and knowledge of BRT systems.
Profound experience in PPP project documentation, contract management, and dispute resolution.
Demonstrated ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex legal agreements and contracts, especially in the context of public-private partnerships.
Strong knowledge of legal risk management and ensuring compliance within the framework of PPP agreements.
Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
NO TA/DA will be admissible to the candidates called for interview.
