Position: Director (Operations) for the Karachi Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project.
Responsibilities:
Managing the bus fleet and generating KPI reports.
Reviewing statistics in command and control.
Providing mechanical advice related to bus operations and fleet management.
Ensuring the implementation of SLAs and maintenance of bus depots.
Performing other tasks assigned by SMTA management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Engineering, or related discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
Advanced qualifications in Public Transport Systems, BRT Operations, or Fleet Management are advantageous.
Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience, including urban transport operations, BRT systems, fleet scheduling, or contract management.
Age Limit: Maximum 38 years at the time of application.
Contract: The position is on a one-year contract, renewable based on satisfactory performance.
