An organization established by the Government of the Sindh, is the Authority for offering academic programs and vocational trainings, requires the services of qualified, energetic and experienced persons for the following positions:
Positions & Eligibility Criteria
1. Director General (Academic)
- No. of Posts: 01
- Salary Package: Rs. 200,000/- per month.
- Age: 45-60 Years.
- Qualification: Ph.D. (after Master/MPhil) in Education, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Management Sciences, or related fields from a HEC recognized university.
- Experience: 15 years (after Ph.D.) or 20 years (after MPhil) of experience in a senior management position in a public/private sector organization/university.
2. Managing Director (Academic)
- No. of Posts: 01
- Salary Package: Rs. 150,000/- per month.
- Age: 40-55 Years.
- Qualification: Ph.D. (after Master/MPhil) in Education, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Management Sciences, or related fields from a HEC recognized university.
- Experience: 10 years (after Ph.D.) or 15 years (after MPhil) of experience in a senior management position in a public/private sector organization/university.
3. Director (Academic)
- No. of Posts: 01
- Salary Package: Rs. 100,000/- per month.
- Age: 35-50 Years.
- Qualification: Ph.D. (after Master/MPhil) in Education, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Management Sciences, or related fields from a HEC recognized university.
- Experience: 7 years (after Ph.D.) or 12 years (after MPhil) of experience in a senior management position in a public/private sector organization/university.
4. Director (Planning & Development)
- No. of Posts: 01
- Salary Package: Rs. 100,000/- per month.
- Age: 35-50 Years.
- Qualification: Ph.D. (after Master/MPhil) in Project Management, Business Administration, or any other relevant discipline from a HEC recognized university.
- Experience: 7 years (after Ph.D.) or 12 years (after MPhil) of experience in a senior management position in a public/private sector organization.
5. Director (Research & Development)
- No. of Posts: 01
- Salary Package: Rs. 100,000/- per month.
- Age: 35-50 Years.
- Qualification: Ph.D. (after Master/MPhil) in Research Methodology, Statistics, Data Analysis, or any other relevant discipline from a HEC recognized university.
- Experience: 7 years (after Ph.D.) or 12 years (after MPhil) of experience in a senior management position in a public/private sector organization.
6. Director (Finance)
- No. of Posts: 01
- Salary Package: Rs. 100,000/- per month.
- Age: 35-50 Years.
- Qualification: Master/MPhil/Ph.D. (after Bachelor) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a HEC recognized university.
- Experience: 7 years (after Master/MPhil) or 12 years (after Bachelor) of experience in a senior management position in a public/private sector organization.
7. Director (HR & Admin)
- No. of Posts: 01
- Salary Package: Rs. 100,000/- per month.
- Age: 35-50 Years.
- Qualification: Master/MPhil/Ph.D. (after Bachelor) in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, or a related field from a HEC recognized university.
- Experience: 7 years (after Master/MPhil) or 12 years (after Bachelor) of experience in a senior management position in a public/private sector organization.
8. Director (Marketing & Communication)
- No. of Posts: 01
- Salary Package: Rs. 100,000/- per month.
- Age: 35-50 Years.
- Qualification: Master/MPhil/Ph.D. (after Bachelor) in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field from a HEC recognized university.
- Experience: 7 years (after Master/MPhil) or 12 years (after Bachelor) of experience in a senior management position in a public/private sector organization.
9. Director (IT)
- No. of Posts: 01
- Salary Package: Rs. 100,000/- per month.
- Age: 35-50 Years.
- Qualification: Master/MPhil/Ph.D. (after Bachelor) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field from a HEC recognized university.
- Experience: 7 years (after Master/MPhil) or 12 years (after Bachelor) of experience in a senior management position in a public/private sector organization.
Important Instructions:
- The appointment will be purely on contract basis for a period of two (02) years, extendable based on performance and mutual consent.

- Applicants must submit a detailed CV, attested copies of academic degrees, experience certificates, CNIC, and two recent passport-sized photographs.
- Candidates with foreign degrees must provide an equivalency certificate from HEC.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for interviews.
- PECTAA reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason.
- Age relaxation as per government policy has already been included in the age limit mentioned against each post.
