- Post: Procurement and Contracts Management Specialist
- Number of Posts: 1
Qualification & Experience Required
- Education: At least a Master's degree or equivalent (16 years of education) in Procurement, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, International Development, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of procurement experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with ADB, World Bank, or donor-funded programs.
- Proven experience in managing procurement for large infrastructure, IT systems, and consulting services.
- Full knowledge of Punjab’s PPRA Rules.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
