APPOINTMENT OF PROJECT STAFF
- Port Qasim Authority (PQA), under the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Government of Pakistan, is undertaking a major infrastructure development project titled "Rehabilitation /Dualization/ Upgradation of PQA Main Access Road (25 Km) including Flyovers, Bridges, Interchanges and Toll Plaza from T-Junction to Ghaghar Phattak" and invites applications from motivated, qualified, and experienced professionals for the following positions.

Project Director (01 Post) |
Educational Qualification: |

Salary Package: Lump-sum |
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates having Master's degree in Transportation Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management. Must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) as a Professional Engineer. |

Contractual (Initial Term: 01 Year, extendable based on performance and project requirements) |
Experience: |

Place of Duty: Port Qasim, Karachi |
i. Minimum 20 years of overall professional experience, including at least 10 years of proven experience in execution and management of large-scale infrastructure development projects related to roads, bridges, flyovers, and interchanges. |

ii. Demonstrated expertise in contract administration (FIDIC/PEC Conditions of Contract), project planning, construction supervision and coordination with consultants and contractors. |
|

iii. Experience of working with government/ semi-government/autonomous bodies will be an added advantage. |

Civil Engineer (02 Posts) |

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university. Must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) as a Registered Engineer. |

i. Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in construction supervision, quality control, and contract administration of roads, bridges, or highway projects. |

ii. Good working knowledge of engineering drawings, surveying techniques, construction materials, and reporting tools. Well versed with software (MS Office, AutoCAD & Primavera). |

iii. Experience working with public-sector organizations, consultants, or EPC contractors will be preferred. |

Computer Operator (03 Posts) |
