Position: Director People & Culture
Role Overview & Criteria
The Director People & Culture will serve as a key member of PSEB’s senior management, leading the human resources and organizational development function in line with PSEB’s mandate and strategic objectives. The role is responsible for building a high-performance, values-driven culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent in support of PSEB’s mission to grow Pakistan’s IT and ITeS sector.

What you bring:
- Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Public Administration / Organizational Psychology / Management Sciences / Social Sciences or a related discipline. Higher qualifications or professional certifications in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or related areas such as SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent shall be an added advantage. Degree(s) must be from a HEC-recognized national or international university/institution.
- 10+ years of progressive HR/OD leadership, including 3 years in a senior HR role.
- Public-sector experience is highly valued but ambitious private-sector HR leaders ready for a national-impact move are just as welcome.
