PAKISTAN SOFTWARE EXPORT BOARD (PSEB)
CAREER OPPORTUNITY
Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT and Telecommunication, Government of Pakistan, is mandated to develop and promote Pakistan's Information Technology and IT-enabled Services (IT/ITeS) sectors, drive export growth, and position Pakistan as a globally competitive destination for technology and digital services. PSEB invites applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and dynamic professional(s) for the following positions on a contract basis under PSDP Project "National Semi Conductor HR Development Program- Phase 1".
Position 1: Manager Curriculum and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) (PPS-08)
- Age Limit: 50 Years (Max.)
- Qualification: Master's degree (minimum 16 years of education) in ICT/ Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics/ Microelectronics)/ Education Policy/ Human Resource Development / Management Sciences or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university. Degrees from foreign institutions must be accompanied by a valid HEC equivalence certificate. Candidates with 18 years of education (MS/MPhil) in a relevant field may be preferred.
- Certifications in Curriculum Design, M&E Systems, EdTech Integration, or Quality Assurance in Higher/Technical Education will be an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in curriculum development, monitoring & evaluation, education policy, accreditation frameworks, or skill development programs, preferably within the technology, engineering, or technical education sectors.
Position 2: Manager Procurement (PPS-08)
- Age Limit: 50 Years (Max.)
- Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education (Bachelor's degree) in Management Sciences / Finance, Accounting, / Economics / Business Administration / Supply Chain Management or a closely related field from an HEC-recognized university. Degrees from foreign institutions must be accompanied by a valid HEC equivalence certificate.
- Preference will be given to candidates with 18 years of education (Masters/MBA/MS) in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Public Sector Management.
- Certifications such as CIPS, PMP, or training in PPRA/Public Procurement rules will be considered an added advantage.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in public sector procurement, with hands-on involvement in the end-to-end procurement cycle of multi-sector or technology-driven projects.
- Proven expertise in managing PSDP/ADP-funded or donor-funded government projects, procurement of goods and services, and dealing with complex vendor ecosystems.
- Demonstrated experience in procurement roles within semi-government, autonomous bodies, or large-scale organizations, in compliance with PPRA Rules and relevant government frameworks.
