Applications are invited for the following contract-based positions under the project "Establishment of Business Development and HR Support Unit, Pakistan Railways":

General Instructions

1. Contract Terms: Appointments are purely on a contract basis for one (1) year, extendable based on performance or project completion.
2. Salary: Admissible as per the Standard Pay Package issued by the Finance Division (April 18, 2022).
3. Experience: Only post-qualification experience will be considered.
4. Foreign Degrees: Must provide an equivalency certificate issued by HEC/PEC.
5. Age Relaxation: The maximum age limit already includes any applicable relaxations.
6. Government Employees: Must apply through the proper channel with a departmental NOC.
7. Forgery: Submission of false documents leads to disqualification and legal action.
8. Application Submission: Apply online via the National Job Portal (https://njp.gov.pk) within twenty (20) days of the advertisement's publication.
9. Incomplete Applications: Hand-submitted or late applications will not be entertained.
10. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.
11. TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be provided.
12. Selection Rights: Pakistan Railways reserves the right to select/reject or not fill any position without assigning a reason.
