Job Detail: Project Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Professional

• Scale: Project Pay Scale (PPS-10).
• Total Posts: 01.
• Posting Location: PIU/ML-1 Office in Lahore, or anywhere in Pakistan as required.
• Age Limit: Maximum 55 years (relaxable for highly experienced candidates). 

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Master's degree (16–18 years of education) in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or Transportation Engineering.
• Certifications: PMP or Prince2 certification provides additional weightage.
• Experience: A minimum of 08 years of relevant experience is required, specifically in:
  • Project planning, M&E, and PSDP projects.
  • Infrastructure, railway, or CPEC-related projects.
  • Development sector work in public or private organizations.
  • Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, or M&E tools is preferred.

Key Terms and Conditions

• Contract Nature: Purely contract-based for two (02) years or until project completion, whichever is earlier.
• Extension: Yearly extensions are possible based on satisfactory performance.
• Remuneration: Based on PPS-10 notified by the Finance Division (dated 5th March 2026).
• Resignation: Project staff can resign after serving for at least one year; however, earlier resignation requires depositing three months' advance salary.
