Ad-hoc Recruitment of Lecturers/Instructors etc. in Education Department Colleges
The following is the detail of vacant positions of teaching staff, Lecturers/Instructors (BPS-17) etc. in the educational institutions under the control of the Higher Education Colleges.
Applications are invited from eligible candidates of the State of Jammu and Kashmir for ad-hoc appointments. Candidates holding at least a Master's Degree or a four-year BS degree or equivalent educational qualification (at least second division) in the relevant subject can apply online on the department's website https://hed.ajk.gov.pk/jobs within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement.
Confirmation of receipt of the application will be done through email, and a copy of the email must be presented at the time of the test/interview, otherwise the candidates will not be included in the test/interview. Candidates will be informed about the test/interview information/schedule through email.

Terms and Conditions:
- The minimum age for applicants is 21 years and the maximum age is 40 years.
- Government employees should submit their applications through proper channels.
- Candidates are required to bring the original educational certificates/degrees, domicile, and national identity card, as well as one set of attested copies of all documents at the time of the test/interview.
- All ad-hoc appointments will be made in accordance with Rule 23 of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Civil Service (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1977.
- The percentage of marks obtained according to the CGPA method must be mentioned.
- These ad-hoc appointments will be effective for six months or until the selection of suitable candidates by the Public Service Commission, whichever comes first.
- Ad-hoc appointments will not create any right to a permanent appointment.
- No travel expenses will be given to candidates coming for the test/interview.
- Candidates providing false information in the online application will be disqualified and will not be included in the test/interview.
