Deputy Director (G&SI) (BS-18)

Master Degree (Equivalent to 16 years of education). Degree in Gender Studies, Sociology, Anthropology, Political Science, Public Administration or Law is Advantageous/Gender & Women Studies will be preferred.

i) 5 Years' experience as a Researcher with knowledge of research databases and research methods, gender advocacy, technical support to government bodies on gender and research in gender issues in Government Organizations/Semi Government (s)/Private sector. ii) In depth Knowledge of national legal framework related to the gender and non-discrimination and of Pakistan civil service organizational management and social psychology. iii) Experience in elections, particularly working in an electoral management body is preferable. iv) Demonstrable knowledge of the electoral cycle, electoral operations and planning will be considered as advantage. v) Computer literacy and a desire to embrace technology are essential and Skilled in the use of information technology equipment, and use of the internet and social media.
