i. M.Phil degree in Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Political Science, International Relations, Sociology, Mass Communication or equivalent from a HEC-recognized university.
ii. Ph.D degree will be preferred.
iii. Preference shall be given to those candidates who have adequate research publications.
i. 15 years' post qualification experience in the relevant field.
ii. A candidate must have the sufficient number of publications at his/her credit.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Relaxation in age limit will be given as per Initial Appointment to Civil Posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1993.

Only short-listed candidates will be called for test/interview. Hard copies of attested educational documents, experience certificate(s) including NIC, one recent passport size photograph & domicile alongwith CVs shall be submitted by the short listed candidates as & when asked by the ECP.
No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in test/interview.
