Terms & Conditions
- Upper age limit relaxation will be applicable as per government policy.
- All candidates can submit their applications online through the website job.dsjmardan.gov.pk by August 25, 2026.
- At the time of the interview, candidates must bring their original documents, two recent passport-size photographs, Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC), educational certificates, domicile certificate, and verified copies of character certificates from two respected citizens who are not relatives of the applicant. Candidates must also be well-acquainted with moral values and manners, and provide a single copy of the verified photo.
- Government employees are bound to provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their parent department at the time of the interview.
- After applying online, do not send documents to the office by post.
- It is mandatory for unemployed candidates to obtain and provide an unemployment certificate from the District Employment Exchange Mardan for the test and interview.
- All recruitments will be made on a purely temporary basis.
- No TA/DA will be provided to candidates coming for the test and interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test and interview.
- The competent authority reserves the right to change, amend, or cancel the advertisement, or increase/decrease the number of posts according to government policy.
- Candidates providing false information or fake documents on the online portal will face legal/disciplinary action.
