Applications are invited from suitable candidates who are permanent residents and domicile holders of District Kohistan Lower for recruitment against the following vacant positions in the Civil Courts of Kohistan Lower:

3	Stenotypist (BPS-14)	18–30 Years	02 (Open Merit = 2)	(i) Intermediate or equivalent qualification from a recognized board. (ii) Shorthand speed of 50 words per minute and typing speed of 35 words per minute. (iii) Candidates with MS Office knowledge will be preferred.

Terms & Conditions

Candidate details and data will be provisionally verified by ETEA to allow them to sit in the screening test. However, if any candidate is found ineligible at any stage by the appointing authority, they will be disqualified.

Candidates must fill out their profile form on the ETEA website. After profile verification, they can apply for the respective post and print the ETEA deposit slip.

Candidates must verify their CNIC through NADRA E-Sahulat before submitting the online form; applications without this verification will not be processed.

Only candidates qualifying the ETEA test will progress through subsequent stages of the recruitment process.

Incomplete applications or those received after the closing date will not be accepted.

The age limit will be calculated as of January 1, 2026. Age relaxation will be granted under government rules.

Government or semi-government employees must apply through the proper channel and provide an NOC from their parent department.

The appointing authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts.

No TA/DA will be provided for the test or interview.

Foreign degrees must have an HEC Equivalency Certificate.

Post-test verification procedures will be conducted per policy guidelines.

How to Apply

Eligible candidates must visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply online.

After successfully submitting the online application, a bank deposit slip containing a specific token number and project details will be generated.

Candidates must print the deposit slip and deposit the prescribed fee (non-refundable) at any branch of UBL, through UBL Omni, EasyPaisa, or the JazzCash App.

Candidates must keep the original receipt/deposit slip safely after paying the fee.

Do not send original documents or hard copies to the ETEA office; documents will be requested from successful candidates later.

The online application process starts on August 5, 2026.

The last date for online application submission is August 20, 2026.

Roll number slips and test details will be communicated to candidates via SMS through ETEA. Roll number slips can also be downloaded from www.etea.edu.pk.
