1. In light of the decision dated 27-02-2026 given by the Federal Constitutional Court of Pakistan in F.C.P.L.A No. 508,591/2025, applications are required by 10-08-2026 for the preparation of a list to recruit the widows or children of government employees who passed away during service or retired on medical grounds by the Standing Medical Board on or before 26-09-2024, into basic pay scales (BPS) 03 to 12.
2. Applications will be evaluated according to the prevailing rules, regulations, and required educational qualifications.
3. Applications received after the closing date of 10-08-2026 will not be entertained.
4. Only applications matching the current vacant positions will be considered.
5. This advertisement is issued with reference to letter No. SOG/E&SED/1-45/2025 dated 30-06-2026.
6. To fill vacancies according to the list prepared under this advertisement, appointment letters will be issued as per the prescribed rules following an NOC (No Objection Certificate) from the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Department, under reference letter Austerity Measures No. BO-I-FD/5-8 dated 11-07-2025.
