Main Terms and Conditions

In light of the decisions given by the Federal Constitutional Court of Pakistan in F.CP.LA Nos 508 & 591/2025 dated 27/02/2026, applications are required until 05/08/2026 for the preparation of a list to recruit the children of employees who passed away during service or were retired on the basis of an invalid/standing medical board on or before 26/09/2024 in Scales 03 to 12.

Applications will be processed and considered strictly according to the existing rules, regulations, and educational qualifications.

Applications will only be considered for the current vacant posts.

This advertisement is issued under reference letter No. SOG/E&SE/1-45/2025 dated 30/06/2026.

In view of this advertisement, to fill the posts according to the prepared list, appointment orders will be issued according to the proposed rules and regulations after receiving the NOC from the Finance Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, under reference letter No. BO-I-FD/5-8/2025-26 dated 11/07/2025 Austerity Measures.

The applicant must submit the following documents by the closing date:

Required Documents List

i. Application for appointment specifying the post/designation name.

ii. Attested copy of the CNIC (ID Card) and Domicile of the deceased / medically retired employee.

iii. Attested copy of the death certificate or the medical invalidation certificate issued by the Standing Medical Board / Medical Board.

iv. Original Service Book of the deceased / medically retired employee or Retirement Order along with an attested photocopy.

v. Copy of the Family Registration Certificate (FRC) issued by NADRA.

vi. Attested copies of the relevant candidate’s educational certificates, DMC (Detailed Marks Certificate), CNIC, Domicile, and other relevant documents.

vii. An affidavit on stamp paper from the candidate stating that no other heir/family member of the deceased / medically retired employee has been recruited against the specified post/quota.

viii. A no-objection affidavit on stamp paper from the remaining heirs/family members of the deceased / medically retired employee regarding the recruitment of the relevant candidate.
