Job description and Financial Proposal Forms are obtainable on payment of Rs. 500/-only as per Rule 23(5) of Public Procurement Rules, 2004 from the office of Cantonment Board Peshawar, 5-Capt. Abdul Jalil Shaheed Road, Peshawar Cantonment immediate after the advertisement.

e) List of projects completed during the last five (05) years (TP, Architecture, and infrastructure etc)

f) List of projects presently in-hand

g) Financial stability certificate issued by the concerned bank

h) Tax Registrations with relevant authorities

i) Affidavit that the firm is not blacklisted by any public or private firm ever j) Copy of Bank Certificate issued by relevant bank
