* Ph.D./MPhil/ MS in Education/School Administration/ Educational Leadership (Preferably) or any other subject, from HEC recognized institute with 1st Div/ 2.5 CGPA/60% in the highest degree. <br> * B.Ed./ M.Ed. (Preferably). <br> * At least 8-10 years of administrative experience with renowned Matric/Inter Schools or colleges, over 800 students. <br> * Age limit: 40-55 years

Note:

- The post will be non-transferable. The recruitment shall be on contract basis and remain as such.
- On Completion of initial six (06) month "Probation Period", confirmatory interview will be held by CSC prior to award of formal contract. On the basis of confirmatory interview contract will be executed with the employee for three (03) years initially, extendable on annual basis, subject to the evaluation criteria, as mentioned in the ML&C Edu Policy 2024.
- The salary package for High School Principal will be Rs. 75,000/- to Rs.1,00,000/- per month and will be decided at the time of interview based on experience and qualification of candidate as per Education Policy of HQ ML&C.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interviews.
- The candidates called for interview shall bring original documents and 2 x sets of attested copies of all documents, 2 x passport size photographs and CNIC.
- No TA/DA shall be given for the interview.
