Position: Head of Legal (SVP/EVP) - Contractual
Number of Positions: 1
Responsibilities:
Identify and assess legal risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Prepare and execute legal documentation.
Analyze court decisions and recommend policy changes.
Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
Manage 31 Legal Litigation Units (LLUs) across the country.
Handle litigation in various courts.
Maintain updated banking law compendium.
Monitor legislation and court judgments.
Work effectively in a team and ensure timely task completion.
Handle other assignments from bank management.
Experience:
Minimum 15 years of experience, including 10 years in financial institutions.
Qualification:
Minimum LLB Degree from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized institute.

The position is contractual for 5 years, extendable based on performance, with competitive remuneration.
