General Instructions:
- Candidates must submit attested copies of their degrees, certificates, and domicile along with the prescribed application form to the Registrar, Women University of AJ&K Bagh.
- Applicants applying for multiple positions should submit a separate application form for each post with all required documents.
- Candidates who already applied for the regular positions of Assistant Professor-Nursing and Lecturer-Pharmacy in response to the previous advertisement (closing date: December 24, 2004) do not need to reapply.
- The application form can be downloaded from the University website. The application fee varies by position (BPS-19: Rs. 2500, BPS-18: Rs. 2000, BPS-16: Rs. 1000, and BPS-11 to BPS-14: Rs. 500). The fee must be deposited in the Women University's official account #08330010023466800335 at Allied Bank, and the original deposit receipt should be attached with the application form.
- The age limit is not applicable to in-service Government/University employees.
- In-service candidates must apply through the proper channel by the due date; otherwise, their applications will not be considered.
- The last date for submitting the application is May 23, 2025. Applications received after the due date or incomplete will not be entertained.
- The University reserves the right to cancel any advertised position partially or totally as deemed necessary.
