General Conditions:
(1) Applications will only be accepted from permanent residents of Mansehra district.
(2) All appointments will be made on a regular basis according to the prevailing rules of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
(3) All eligible candidates will be allowed to take the screening test. If any candidate is found ineligible for any reason during scrutiny by the competent authority, the concerned candidate will be disqualified for recruitment at any stage.
(4) Shortlisting of candidates will be done according to the prevailing rules of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
(5) Candidates must obtain 50% marks in the screening test.
(6) The overall eligibility of the candidates will be determined on the last date of receipt of applications.
(7) Incomplete applications and applications received after the due date will not be considered.
(8) Age relaxation in the upper limit will be given according to the existing rules.
(9) Candidates working in government and semi-government institutions should apply through their department. Only experience certificates issued by government, semi-government institutions and government projects, counter-signed by the head of the concerned institution, will be acceptable. Private institution experience will not be considered.
(10) The competent authority reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason and to change/reduce/cancel the number of advertised vacancies.
(11) No travel allowance (TA/DA) will be given to candidates appearing for test/interview.
(12) In case of foreign educational degree, the candidate must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission.
(13) Successful candidates will get their educational degrees verified from the concerned board at their own expense.
Application Procedure:
(1) Interested candidates can apply online for the relevant post on the ETEA website www.etea.edu.pk.
(2) After submitting the online application, an online deposit slip (containing token number, post code, and candidate's personal information) will be generated.
(3) The candidate should take a printout of the said slip and deposit the test fee amount (non-refundable) through any UBL branch, EasyPaisa app, or agent.
(4) After depositing the fee, the candidate should keep the original copy of the receipt (stamped by the bank) in their personal possession.
