Appointment of Legal Advisor
As per the Government of Punjab Law Department Letter (dated May 14, 2011), WASA Mandi Bahauddin requires the services of one Legal Advisor.
1. Eligibility
- Education: Minimum B.A., LL.B.
- Enrollment: Must be enrolled in the Lahore High Court.
- Experience: At least eight (08) years of practice experience.
2. Tenure of Employment
- The employment period is two years, based on the recommendations of a government-approved committee.
- The contract can be terminated by either side with one month's prior notice or one month's salary.
3. Application Procedure
Interested candidates should submit their applications along with verified copies of their CNIC (ID card), educational certificates, and Lahore High Court enrollment certificate to the office of the Managing Director by June 1, 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Represent the institution in various courts for all types of cases.
- Provide legal opinions on matters related to the institution.
