SITUATION VACANT

Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals (Punjab domicile only), who are not married to a foreign national for making appointment on the following positions in the project titled "UVAS Campus, Pattoki (Provision of Academic Block and Allied Facilities)" of this University.

Applicants are required to apply online through the University job portal. They are also required to submit the signed hardcopy/printout of the same pre-filled online application form along with their credentials in the Registrar’s Office. Fill in the online application form carefully as no editing will be allowed after submission of application.

Those who have already submitted their applications against advertisements published by the University with 25th June, 2026 as the last date of submission of the application, they do not need to apply again. However, if they want to update/edit their applications, they can do so. In that case, they must submit updated / fresh hard copy and softcopy (where applicable) of the complete application to the Registrar's Office within a stipulated time. Their age will be reckoned from the 25th June, 2026 (when they submitted application) and their fee already deposited will remain valid.

Project titled "UVAS Campus, Pattoki (Provision of Academic Block and Allied Facilities)" (on purely contract basis initially for a period of six months extendable to another period on good performance upto completion of project)

• Applications are required with attested copies of testimonials, certificates along with one recent attested passport size Photograph.

• Applicants can generate and deposit the fee through online generated Bank Challan in any branch of Bank Alfalah Ltd. in Pakistan.

• Applicants are directed to attach the Original Paid Bank Challan (non-refundable) with application for the above mentioned posts as under:
  • Rs. 2000/- for the posts mentioned at Sr. No. 01 & 02.
  • Rs. 500/- for the posts mentioned at Sr. No. 03 & 04.

• Disable candidates are exempted to deposit the application process fee. However, they are required to attach disability certificate with the application.

• For Sr. No. 03 & 04 posts, age should not be less than 18 years and more than 30 years. However, the age relaxation will be according to policy of the Govt. of the Punjab.

• The appointment in the project will be made on purely contract basis initially for a period of six months extendable to another period on good performance upto completion of project and there is no likelihood to be made on permanent basis after the completion of the project.

• Last date for submission of online applications is 13-08-2026 (Thursday) (within office hours). Printed online application form along with all attached documents must reach through Dak/Courier to this office upto 17-08-2026 (Monday) (within office hours). By hand applications will not be accepted. Incomplete applications or applications received after due date (even dispatched through courier or post) will not be entertained.
