Applications for the following posts are invited on Regular basis from Pakistani National candidates (domiciled in Punjab province only) on the prescribed form, available on the UMW website www.umw.edu.pk.

Director (Quality Enhancement Cell) (BS-20)	01	(i) Ph.D. in any discipline from an institute or a university recognized by Higher Education Commission; and (ii) Eight years post-qualification teaching or administrative experience in a public or private institute or a university recognized by Higher Education Commission. OR (i) MS or MPhil (2nd Division) in any discipline or equivalent qualification from an institute or a university recognized by Higher Education Commission; and (ii) Ten years post-qualification teaching or administrative experience in a public or institute or a university recognized by Higher Education Commission	40 to 50

MANDATORY INSTRUCTIONS:

The prescribed application form can be downloaded from the University of Mianwali website,
Age relaxation will be given as per Government of Punjab rules.
Only short-listed candidates will be called for test/interview.
Foreign degree holders must provide equivalence certificate issued by the HEC.
Application must be accompanied with original bank draft of amount Rs. 4000/- as processing fee (non-refundable) drawn in favor of Treasurer, University of Mianwali.
Candidates who want to apply for more than one post are required to submit separate and complete application along with separate bank draft of the amount mentioned above.
Candidates already employed in any Government/Semi Government Department/ Autonomous Body must apply through proper channel by due date; otherwise their application shall not be entertained.
Incomplete applications in any respect or applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
Quota will be admissible under the Government of the Punjab rules.
Applicants applying on a quota basis should mention the category of the quota and submit each application separately.
Three (03) set of applications on the prescribed form, complete and signed in all respects, along with the necessary documents attached, must reach the office of the Registrar on or before 20th February 2026.
The university reserves the right to withdraw/cancel the advertisement, fill any position, withhold an appointment for any advertised position, or accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
No TA/DA will be admissible by the University in any case.
The decision of the university shall remain binding in all cases.
