VISITING FACULTY REQUIRED

Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals for the following Visiting Faculty Positions at the University of Layyah.

Entomology, Food Science & Technology, Horticulture, Plant Pathology, Soil Science, Plant Breeding & Genetics, Biotechnology, Agronomy, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Pakistan Studies, Public Administration & Governance, English, Islamic Studies, Urdu, Applied Psychology, Sociology, Education, Sports Science, Botany, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, Zoology, Statistics, Veterinary & Animal Sciences.
Minimum Qualification:
- HEC Faculty appointment criteria shall be followed.
- MS/M.Phil in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized university, with at least 70% marks (where the percentage system applies) or a minimum CGPA of 3.00/4.00 (where the GPA system applies).
- The candidates having Ph.D with publications will be preferred.
Instructions:
- The interested candidates are required to apply online through University till 14-08-2025.
- Candidates must ensure that their M.Phil. or Ph.D. degrees are duly verified/attested/granted equivalence by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
- Printed copy of online application along with Bank Challan of processing fee (Non-refundable) of Rs. 1000/- paid in the Bank of Punjab through Computer Generated Voucher must be submitted at the time of interview.
- Candidates already in service of a Government/Semi Government department or an Autonomous body must submit NOC with application.
- Only Short-listed candidates will be called for interview and no TA/DA will be paid to the candidate.
- Applying is not a guarantee of selection.
