General Instructions
Applicants must submit attested copies of degrees, result cards, transcripts, certificates, domicile, and state subject, along with the application form, either in person or by post, to the Registrar, University Secretariat, University of Kotli Azad Jammu and Kashmir P.C 11100.
Only certificates and transcripts issued before the last date will be accepted.
Applicants for multiple posts must submit separate application forms for each.
Application forms can be obtained from the Office of Assistant Registrar (Meetings), University Secretariat, University of Kotli Azad Jammu and Kashmir by paying Rs. 12,100 on a University Challan form or by sending a bank draft of Rs. 12,100 in favor of the Treasurer, University of Kotli (AK), along with a self-addressed envelope affixed with Rs. 50 postage stamps.
The application form can also be downloaded from the university website and submitted with the original University Challan/Bank Draft.
Foreign degree holders must provide an equivalence certificate from the HEC.
The age limit does not apply to in-service permanent University or Government employees.
In-service candidates must apply through the proper channel by the due date.
Preference will be given to AJK nationals (1st Class State Subject).
Applicants will be shortlisted based on a written test, and only the top five candidates scoring 50% or above will be called for an interview.
Completed application forms must reach the Registrar's office by May 19, 2025.
Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
