General Instructions:
- Candidates must apply online through the UoC website (uoc.edu.pk), followed by the submission of two (02) sets of dossiers along with a duly signed online Application Form and original paid system-generated Fee Challan.
- Candidates are also required to submit a detailed resume along with attested copies of CNIC, domicile, degrees, result cards, transcripts, experience certificates, etc.
- Foreign Degree Holders must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the HEC or IBCC, as the case may be, along with the Application Form.
- Applications must be accompanied by a processing fee of Rs. 5000/- paid in any branch of the Bank of Punjab (Non-refundable).
- Candidates already employed in any Government/Semi-Government Department or Autonomous Body must apply through proper channels by the due date.
- All Government employees who intend to apply for the post through proper channels shall clarify through the Heads of the attached departments that there is no pending inquiry/outstanding dues against them. These conditions are necessary for the grant of departmental permission certificate/No Objection Certificate (NOC).
- Experience in Government service shall only be accepted if the certificate is issued by the concerned appointing authority/person authorized to do so.
- A candidate shall have to produce documentary evidence in support of their claimed experience for the determination of eligibility.
- Experience on Part-Time, Honorary, Apprentice, Intern, Visiting Faculty, and Daily Wages appointments shall not be considered/counted.
- Relaxation in the upper age limit will be granted as per the policy of the Government of Punjab.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
- The University reserves the right to withdraw/cancel the advertisement, fill the position, or withhold the appointment for the advertised position without assigning any reason.
- Interested candidates are required to submit the online application form by 16.05.2025 and post a duly signed hard copy of the online application form up to 20.05.2025 (through registered courier/post only) to the Office of the Registrar, University of Chakwal, Main Campus, Talagang Road, Chakwal during office hours (that is, 04:00 PM).
- Incomplete applications and applications received after the due date, even if posted before the last date, will not be entertained.
