Rules and Regulations / General Instructions:
- Applicants who meet the following requirements should apply for the above posts uploaded on the Sindh Job Portal at .
- The applicant must have successfully passed the General Screening Test of the Matriculation category with at least 40% marks conducted by the Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) and possess its certificate issued by STS, as required for appointment to the above posts.
- The age of the applicants will be calculated from the last date of submission of the application, as provided under Rule 7 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules 2024. However, there will be a five-year relaxation in the upper age limit as notified by the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department under its Notification No. SOII(SGA&D)5-64/2011(Part-II) dated 06.03.2025.
- The share of the quota reserved for initial appointment will be implemented according to the law rules policy of the Government of Sindh.
- Applicants who are already in government service should obtain an NOC from their department before submitting the application and bring the original copy of the NOC at the time of the interview to submit before the Departmental Selection Committee.
- Appointment will be made according to the policy notified by the Government of Sindh on 26.04.2023 and under the provisions of the Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973 and its Rules, as amended from time to time.
- Applicants should appear before the Departmental Selection Committee with original documents for the interview according to the schedule uploaded on the job portal.
- TA and DA will not be given for the interview.
