- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a HEC recognized university. - Master's degree is preferred.

- At least 15 years of professional experience in civil works, including 5 years in a senior management position. - Experience in managing large-scale projects, especially in public transport infrastructure. - Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and international construction standards.

- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, including 5 years in a senior management position in mass transit or public transport operations in Pakistan. - Experience in managing BRT operations and related services such as fare collection, station management, and ITS. - Knowledge of O&M contracts and performance-based KPIs.
