Important Instructions, Terms & Conditions:
- The candidates are advised to apply online by visiting the website i.e. after reading all the instructions and conditions (Applications other than online shall not be accepted by the University).
- Submit separate application and separate processing fee, in case of applying for more than one post.
- The onus/responsibility of correctness of the data given in online application will rest on the candidate.
- Last date to apply ONLINE is 08-04-2026 and to submit the applications in hard form along with attested copies of all documents for all posts to the Office of the Registrar, The Women University (Katchery Campus), LMQ Road, Multan is 19-04-2026 during office hours. Incomplete applications (in any case) shall not be entertained.
- The fee amounting to Rs. 3000/- (for BS-20 only), must be deposited through system generated challan form, deposited through system generated application form, deposited through system generated application form, and original Receipt must be provided along with hard copy of application form. Bank Draft or Pay Order or Cheque will be accepted as fee by the University.
- Candidates serving Government Department/Semi-Government Department/Autonomous Body, a Departmental Permission Certificate/ NOC issued by the Competent Authority of the concerned Department is required to be produced along with hard copy of application form. However, advance copy is acceptable.
- Dismissed/terminated from service or penalized contrary to service(s) by any of the University/Government department/autonomous body & Semi-Government are not eligible for the aforementioned posts.
- If any information provided by the Candidate in his application form is found to be incorrect/false at any stage, he will be disqualified and action will be taken under the Rules.
- Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview/test and no TA/DA, will be admissible for this purpose.
- All these recruitments shall be made and governed under The Women University Multan Employees (Appointment, Terms and Conditions of Service) Statutes 2021.
- The University reserves the rights to increase/decrease the number of post(s) as exist at present or extended from time to time, not to withdraw any post(s), withhold the appointment against any advertised post(s) without assigning any reason.
- Age relaxation shall be admissible as per policy of the Government of the Punjab.
