Registrar (Tenure Post, 3 years):

Qualifications: Ph.D./MS/M.Phil or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized university with 15 years of teaching and/or administrative experience in BPS-17 and above, with at least 5 years of relevant academic administrative experience in BPS-19/18 in a government or government autonomous organization, university, or board. Alternatively, a Master's/MBA/Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in first class or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university with 17 years of teaching/administrative experience in BPS-17 and above, with at least 5 years of relevant academic administrative experience in BPS-19/18.

Additional Requirements: Good demonstration in academic administration and familiarity with university laws, statutes, and regulations.

Project Director (Contract/Fixed Pay, 2 years, Extendable):

Qualifications: B.E. (Civil) in 1st Class or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university/institute, registered with PEC. Minimum 17 years of relevant experience in a post equivalent to BPS-17 and above in any Directorate or Engineering Department/Autonomous Organization, Government, or University. Experience in procurement in a reputable organization is considered an added qualification, and familiarity with SPRA, PPRA, and SSOR etc. is required.
