Candidates may obtain application form from Academics & Meetings Section, The University of AJK, Admin Block, Chehla Campus, Muzaffarabad-13100 by producing Rs.3000/- on University Challan form available at authorized branches of Habib Bank in Azad Kashmir OR by sending a bank draft of Rs. 3000/- in favour of Director Finance & Planning, University of AJ&K, Muzaffarabad alongwith a large size self- addressed envelope affixed with Rs. 50/- postage stamps.
Candidates are also advised to submit attested hard copies of their result cards, certificates, domicile and fee challan etc. alongwith prescribed application form in person or send by mail to the Registrar Office, The University of AJ&K, Chehla Campus, Muzaffarabad.
3. Candidates having CGPA in any degree, shall submit marks/percentage certificate along with the application forms.
Only upper age limit is relaxable for in service employees, under rules. In-service candidates must apply through proper channel by the due date, otherwise their applications will not be entertained.
Foreign degree holders must provide equivalence certificate issued by the HEC.
Incomplete/applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
The last date for submission of applications is May 24, 2024 (Friday).
