CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Head, Real Estate & Asset Management (01)
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree from HEC recognized University.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years post qualification exp. with 05 years in similar position.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Develop/implement bank's property disposal strategy including acquisition, lease negotiation and relocation of premises
- Oversee Bank's infrastructure including land, office buildings and documentation
- Manage construction/renovation, budgets, timelines, and quality control
- Implement cost saving initiatives
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies
- Maintain all type of records and reporting as required by internal audit or regulatory bodies
- Lead a team of property, facilities, and project management professionals
Pay Package: Negotiable, depending upon the Qualifications & Experience of candidate.
