Terms and Conditions
- The candidate must fill the application form downloaded from the website of this court and submit the application form manually or by post.
- Two respectable persons of the area who are not relatives of the candidate will attach a good character certificate with the application, on which the signatures, name, father's name, ID card number, permanent address and mobile number of the attestators must be mentioned. A sample character certificate is available on the website of this court along with the application form.
- Candidates wishing to apply for more than one post will submit a separate application for each post.
- Attach a recent passport size photograph on the application form and attach attested (verified) copies of educational certificates (all educational certificates obtained so far), domicile certificate, ID card, etc.
- For Naib Qasid, Chowkidar / Mali, it is mandatory to attach a valid registration certificate issued by the Employment Exchange Chitral with the application.
- Attach a character certificate issued by the principal of the last educational institution with the application.
- For serial numbers 01, 02, and 03, the age will be determined as on 01.12.2025, while for serial number 04, the age will be determined as on the last date of submission of applications. However, age relaxation will be given according to the prevalent law.
- Employees of government/semi-government institutions must attach departmental NOC with the application.
- Salary and other allowances will be given according to law and rules.
- Legal action will be taken against those who provide false information and fake documents.
- Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
- The number of posts can be increased or decreased. The court has the right to cancel the recruitment process at any time without assigning any reason.
- Candidates will be informed about the test/interview through SMS or call. Therefore, it is mandatory to mention the correct mobile number in the application form.
- No TA/DA will be given for test/interview.
- The decision of the recruitment committee will be final.
