- Head Recovery and Collection
How to Apply?
- Minimum education required is Graduation preferably in relevant field from an HEC recognized University or reputable foreign university. Preference will be given to candidates having Master's degree.
- 15 years of overall banking experience is required with at least 05 years of relevant experience at senior level in Corporate Debt Recovery/ Collection. Preference will be given to candidates having proven track record of recovering large and stuck NPL Portfolios.
- Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned recovery targets to contribute to the Bank's financial performance.
- Developing policies, procedures and guidelines governing collection activity in optimal manner. Implementing new strategies and action plans to improve collections and recovery performance. Evaluate/ review recovery and collection performance and monitor highly delinquent and aged
- accounts.
- This position reports directly to Group Head Remedial Asset Management.
