CAREER OPPORTUNITIES Bank of Khyber is seeking to onboard exceptionally strong and goal-oriented professionals as Hub Managers Commercial & SME for Bank's Multan and Islamabad / Gilgit Baltistan Regions. This is an exciting opportunity to work in one of the premier financial institutions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum education required is Graduation. Preference will be given to candidates having Master's degree in economics / business from an HEC recognized university in case of foreign qualification in the above disciplines, holds an equivalency certificate from HEC of Pakistan.
- Minimum 15 years of credits experience in Corporate / Commercial / SME / Retail Banking with a focus on credit evaluations and strategy development, trade sales and marketing. Preference will be given to candidates with Islamic Banking experience.
- Age limit will be governed under Bank's HR Rules.
Main Duties / Responsibilities
- Lead a team of TLs / RMs for optimum results in the assigned geographic area.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and follow Bank's internal policies/procedures.
- Responsible to develop and implement business strategies to drive growth in Commercial & SME financing.
- Ensure that credit and trade sales activities are conducted in accordance with Shariah standards.
- Understanding of Government and SBP schemes/initiatives to drive SME growth.
- Cultivate robust customer connections, supporting the attainment of business goals and long-term profitability.
- Identify and design area-wise strategies for Commercial & SME financing, ensuring effective oversight of branch-level operations and business targets.
- Any other related task assigned by the Management.
Location:
- Multan and Islamabad.
- The positions report directly into the Group Head – Commercial, SME & Agriculture Finance.
- Market-based remuneration package will be offered.
