Vacancy for Female Montessori Trained Teacher cum Manager
Daycare Center, THQ Hospital Sambrial
Applications are required for the post of Female Montessori Trained Teacher cum Manager for the Daycare Center.
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum BA / BSc or equivalent degree from a recognized university or Montessori training diploma/certificate from a certified institution. Early Childhood Education (ECE) is mandatory.
- Candidates with additional qualifications of B.Ed or M.Ed will be preferred.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience working with children in a Montessori daycare. Candidates with management experience will be preferred.

Abilities:
- Ability to care for, train, and promote a learning environment for children.
- Effective communication with parents and staff.
- Record keeping, attendance, safety, and discipline management.
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.).
Age:
- 22 to 45 years (age relaxation as per hospital policy).
Terms:
- The appointment will be on a daily wage basis for 89 days and will be renewable based on satisfactory performance.
- The appointed person will have no right to permanent appointment to the post, nor will this service be counted for regularization in any grade.
