The main purpose of this position is to lead Insurance section exists for the purpose of arranging adequate Insurance Coverage for all the Assets and Employees of SSGC. The incumbent is also responsible to ensure fair and prompt settlement and recoveries of all the Insurance claims. The incumbent is also responsible for additional assignments pertaining to Insurance as desired by senior management. |

Deputy Manager - Gas Purchases

The main mandate of this position is to support the gas purchase section in the management and processing of monthly gas purchase invoices and ensure all financial obligations have been met on a timely basis. The incumbent is responsible for Compilation of data / rechecking financial accuracy, and providing reliable data for various gas purchase schedules and management reports. In addition, the candidate is also responsible for debit/credit notes effective management/workings and assist in coordination with E&P companies & other departments resolving invoice-related matters. |
Assistant Manager - Gas Purchases

The main mandate of this position is preparation of gas purchase calculations (Local and foreign) of gas fields and uploading all foreign M - Forms on FX Portal for invoices received from E&P companies upon verification from SSGC's Technical department. The candidate is also responsible to liaison and coordinate with Exploration and Production (E&P) companies regarding withholding tax certificates. Incumbent is responsible system related queries with inter-departments (Cash and bank /IT/ Accounts resolving invoices punching and payment errors of ERP. Apart from this, the person is also maintains Creditors position of Field/Suppliers for each quarter and the related reports and JVs for accounts section. |
