Our client, Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) is Pakistan’s leading integrated natural gas utility, majority-owned by the Government of Pakistan and is engaged in the transmission and distribution of natural gas across Sindh and Balochistan. The Company operates over 4,100 km of high-pressure transmission lines and a 48,000 km distribution network serving more than 3.2 million customers in over 160 cities and 3,800 villages. Gas is procured from over 24 local and foreign E&P companies. SSGC also runs South East Asia’s only meter manufacturing plant (MMP), producing G-1.5 and G-4 meters for domestic use and export. The Company ensures customer support through 24 facilitation centers across its franchise areas.

MANAGING DIRECTOR/CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
The Managing Director/CEO is responsible for the strategic direction, operational efficiency, financial performance, and overall success of SSGC. This role involves guiding the organization towards achieving its vision, mission, values, and objectives. The CEO will develop a strategic plan to increase revenue, profitability, and growth, while also overseeing company transformation and public image under the Board's supervision. The position requires strategic leadership, adaptability, knowledge of energy sector dynamics, legal expertise, stakeholder management, and effective target implementation. The MD is accountable to the Board for strategic execution and operational results.
