Position: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Employer: State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (through Primehr)
Contract: Three (03) years, extendable based on performance.
Location: Karachi, Pakistan.
Job Purpose: Lead and manage the IT division, develop and implement IT strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities: Design, implement and maintain ERP solutions, manage IT resources, provide transformational leadership, develop IT strategy, evaluate business performance, identify competitive advantages and technology trends.
Education: Minimum 16 years education (BE/BCS/MSc in Computer Science/Information Technology) with post-graduate achievements, preferably Masters in Information Science or Business.
Experience: Overall 20 years in Technology/Management, with 5 years in a management/leadership role (CIO, CTO, etc.). Preference for ERP/Core Insurance implementation experience.
Age: Preferably not more than 55 years (age relaxation possible).
