- Candidates should send their application on plain paper along with attested copies of educational certificates, degrees, domicile (Punjab), experience certificate, CNIC, disability certificate, and two passport-sized photographs to the Divisional Director Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal, Muslim Town 1, Khanna Road, Rawalpindi, by post.
- The disability certificate must be issued by the Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal Department, Punjab, and the candidate must be able to perform duties according to the certificate.
- Recruitment for vacant posts will be done according to the Government of Punjab's Recruitment Policy 2022 and Contract Appointment Policy 2004.
- Employees of government and semi-government organizations should apply through their respective departments.
- Candidates will be granted age relaxation in the upper age limit as per the Government of Punjab's policy.
- Applications received after the specified date and office hours will not be entertained. Only those candidates whose applications are complete in all respects will be eligible for the test/interview and will be issued call letters.
