CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER Experience & Qualification Requirements: * Minimum Master's degree / 16 years of education. * Fifteen years of experience of working with Multilateral Donor-Funded Projects. * Project implementation and operations experience at senior level will be required. * Public sector experience is an added advantage. * Experience in technology-based projects and MIS-enabled system preferred

Key Responsibilities * Assist the CEO in strategic and operational planning for large-scale rehabilitation programs housing, WASH and other infrastructure project. * Provide expert guidance on disaster management, emergency response, and reconstruction. * Oversee implementing partners (NGOs/private sector) and all construction activities. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and donor requirements. * Lead and motivate a high-performing operational team. * Strengthen organizational culture, values, and stakeholder reputation. * Facilitate coordination with Government of Sindh, donors, SECP, and partner organizations. * Develop and manage monitoring, evaluation, and reporting systems. * Act as focal liaison for donor review missions and technical support teams. * Provide technical oversight for MIS upgrades, budgeting, and DRR strategies. * Supervise engineering, operations, and project-delivery functions.
