Implementation & Coordination Wing, S&GAD invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment against the following positions on contract basis under the development project titled "Establishment of Chief Minister's Crime Surveillance Unit (CSU), I&C Wing, S&GAD".

1.	DB Resource (PPS-09)	01	• Master’s degree or equivalent (16 years of education) in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineer, Database Management System or in relevant fields. • 05 years of relevant experience.	28 - 35 years
2.	Research Associate (PPS-07)	02	• Master’s degree (16 years of education) in a relevant discipline (e.g., Criminal, Law, Investigation, Economics, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Statistics or in relevant fields). • M. Phil (18 years of education) will be preferred in relevant field and Proficiency in software like SPSS, STATA, MS Excel, or other relevant tools. • 02 years of relevant experience shall be preferred.	22 - 35 years
3.	Statistician (PPS-07)	01	• MSc or M. Phil in Statistics, Applied Statistics, Biostatistics, Inferential Statistics, or Data Science. Proficiency in software like SPSS, STATA, MS Excel, or other relevant tools. • At least 2 years of experience in handling real datasets for companies, research centers, government agencies, designing surveys, experiments, and reports using tools like Stata, SQL, and Power BI.	Minimum 35 years
4.	Office Assistant (PPS-05)	01	• A bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/B.Com) or equivalent. • Preference for having 01 year of relevant experience.	21 - 35 years
5.	Office Boy (PPS-01)	01	• Middle • At least 1 year of experience in office support or related roles.	18 - 25 years

General Instructions:

Applications may be submitted online through the Punjab Government Job Portal at punjab.gov.pk or sent via courier service, along with a covering letter containing a CV, CNIC, two recent passport-size photographs, attested copies of academic and experience certificates, so as to reach the office of the Section Officer (Development), Government of the Punjab, I&C Wing, S&GAD, Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore, by the specified deadline.
In case of other relevant degrees, the equivalence certificate issued by the HEC / Competent Forum will be provided by the candidate.
The contract appointments are temporary in nature, non-transferable, job / post specific, non-pensionable & conferring no right for regularization.
Failure in forwarding applications either by portal or courier service within the prescribed time limit shall stand rejected forthwith.
Only relevant and post qualification experience shall be considered; however, internship / training period will not be considered as experience.
Applications submitted online or by courier must be received by May 05, 2026 before the office closing time (5:00 PM).
All applications submitted by courier should clearly indicate the name of post applied on the upper right corner of the envelope / application, otherwise application would not be considered.
Separate form and envelope should be used for each post in case of a candidate opting to apply for two or more posts.
In-service candidates must ensure, while applying for a particular post, that they have obtained or applied for a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their concerned department(s), and must provide it at the time of interview (if called).
Only short listed candidates will be called for interview.
No T.A. / D.A. would be admissible for interview.
The number of posts can be increased or decreased with the approval of Competent Authority before the recruitment process attains finality.
Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel the whole recruitment process at any stage whatsoever.
